These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Nexus, an Edgenuity browser automation extension. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using Nexus, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software. You must be at least 13 years old to purchase or use Nexus.
2. License
Nexus grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the extension for the duration of your active subscription key. Your license is personal — you may not share, resell, or distribute your key.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use Nexus. Use of Nexus may violate your school's academic integrity policy or Edgenuity's Terms of Service. Nexus is not responsible for any academic consequences, account suspensions, or penalties that may result from your use of the software. Use at your own risk.
4. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once a license key has been delivered and activated, no refunds will be issued. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the software from functioning, contact support via Discord before requesting a refund — we will work to resolve it.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Nexus; redistribute, resell, or sublicense your key; use Nexus to harm, defame, or violate the rights of any third party; use Nexus in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
6. Service Availability
Nexus is provided as-is. We strive to maintain compatibility with Edgenuity updates, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time. Downtime during Edgenuity updates does not entitle you to a refund or extension.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to revoke your license key without notice or refund if you violate these terms, attempt to reverse engineer the software, share your key, or engage in any form of abuse.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Nexus is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, undetected by Edgenuity systems, or meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to academic penalties, lost grades, or account suspensions.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Nexus after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Major changes will be announced in our Discord server.
