How do I setup Nexus?

Before contacting support, please attempt the troubleshooting steps at the bottom of the page first.

Computer/Laptop Tutorial

1. Go to your browser's extensions page. Enable Developer Mode at the top right.

2. Add the Tampermonkey browser extension.

3. Download the Nexus script here, by pressing Install when prompted.

4. Go to the the dashboard where all of your classes are shown, and the menu should ask you for your license key. Copy and paste the entire key, including Nexus-

iPhone/iPad Tutorial

1. Install the Focus app from the App Store.

2. Open Focus.

3. Tap on the 3 lines at the bottom right.

4. Tap on Script (</>).

5. Tap on the 3 dots at the top right.

6. Select Import from URL.

7. Copy and paste this link: https://api.nexusbot.net/nexus.user.js and press Save.

8. Go to the the dashboard where all of your classes are shown, and the menu should ask you for your license key. Copy and paste the entire key, including Nexus-

Troubleshooting

• The menu is not showing up.

  • If on computer, make sure that Developer Mode is enabled in your browser's extensions page.

  • Try restarting your browser and/or device.

• The menu says the key is Invalid/Expired.

  • Make sure to input the entire license key. For example, if my license key was "Nexus-1d-abcdef", I would put "Nexus-1d-abcdef" into the box.

• It's getting all the answers wrong.

  • This is as intended if you have Auto Ungraded enabled as it automatically guesses for assignments that are only a completion grade.

  • On classes that have "ex", our AI has a tendency to be incorrect. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we are working on improving it.

• How do I get the menu to start doing my classes?

  • If you have all the features you want enabled, just press Next Activity on a class on the classes dashboard.

  • If you don't know what any of the features does, import a config from the configs channel in our Discord server.

If the menu is still not working, please create a support ticket in our Discord server. We only offer support through Discord as it is the easiest for us to manage.
