8. Payment, Keys, and Refund Policy

Purchases of access keys are final and non-refundable. Each key is valid for the stated term or usage at the time of purchase. You are responsible for safeguarding your key. Lost or misused keys will not be replaced.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose. You use Nexus at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, in which NexusBot LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
